90% of responders still feel stigma is a barrier to getting support.
This means that if a department does not provide additional resources beyond their department, then responders must seek it themselves.
The further away the source of support is from the actual department to help responders feel comfortable asking for help, the better.
So state is better than city, regional is better than state, and national is better than regional.
