Attention County of Will employees…

Applications are now available for our 2025 Jodi O’Brien Scholarship.

The Jodi O’Brien Scholarship was started in honor of our dear friend, Deputy Jodi O'Brien. Jodi was a 25-year veteran of the Will County Sheriff’s Office who retired in 2013, and unfortunately passed away in 2016 after a long, courageous battle with cancer. She was not only a dedicated deputy but a truly great person, inside and out, and was known for her community service and willingness to always give back to her community and peers. She was a beloved wife, mother, co-worker, and friend to many. Our hope is that Jodi’s legacy will continue on through this scholarship by encouraging and supporting others to serve in their community. There is no greater gift than that of giving to others. 

Applicants MUST be a County of Will employee or an employee’s child or grandchild.
